WALK & TALK THERAPY · ONLINE COUNSELLING

Counselling that meets you where you are.

A calm, confidential space to reflect and unpack. Walk and talk sessions outdoors around Sloane Square, Kensington and Chelsea, or online from anywhere in the UK.

Let's unpack that.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Therapy that fits your life, not the other way round.

Some people open up more easily side by side, out in the fresh air. Others prefer the comfort of their own space. Both are real therapy, with the same care and confidentiality.

IS COUNSELLING FOR ME?

Signs you might benefit from talking to someone.

It doesn't have to feel like a crisis. Many people come to counselling simply because something feels heavy, stuck or unclear, and they'd like space to make sense of it.

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or on edge
  • Low mood, or feeling flat and disconnected
  • Stress or burnout from work or study
  • Relationship or family difficulties
  • Grief, loss or a big life change
  • Low self-esteem or a harsh inner critic
  • Repeating patterns you'd like to understand
  • Simply wanting time and space for yourself

MEET YOUR COUNSELLOR

Hello, I'm Cheryl.

I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist based in London, and I founded The Talk Therapy Project to make therapy feel a little less clinical and a lot more human.

I work with adults facing all kinds of challenges, at whatever pace feels right. You don't need to have the words ready. We'll find them together.

GETTING STARTED

Taking the first step is often the hardest part.

So I keep it simple. There's no pressure and no commitment until you're ready.

01

A free introductory call

A relaxed [15-minute] phone or video chat to talk about what's bringing you to counselling and ask any questions.

02

Your first session

We get to know each other, explore what you'd like from therapy and agree whether walk and talk, online or a mix suits you best.

03

Ongoing support

Regular sessions at a pace that works for you, short-term or open-ended. We review together as we go.

TTP
"You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's what we're here to do together."
